David K. Arase, Esq.

David K. Arase attended the University of Southern California and received a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude with departmental honors and the Dean’s Letter of Merit in Public Policy and Management. Mr. Arase then attended the University of California, Davis School of Law, and graduated with an honors certificate for his public interest work.

Prior to founding the Arase Law Firm, Mr. Arase worked at the Los Angeles County Public Defenders Office handling hundreds of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. Mr. Arase also worked as a certified mediator for the Claremont Dispute Resolution Center, facilitating settlements between landlords and tenants for lease, rent, and eviction issues. Mr. Arase worked as an extern for the Honorable Fernando M. Olguin of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

More recently, Mr. Arase has represented and advised businesses in a variety of issues including debt collection, contract enforcement, and risk management. Mr. Arase serves as the firm’s managing partner overseeing the day to day operations of the firm. Mr. Arase also serves as general counsel for a number of small businesses among them a real estate investment company and an import and distribution corporation.

Mr. Arase is a member of the Japanese American Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
